Participates in continuous quality improvement activities and educational experiences in support of departmental philosophy and objectives, as well as, Health System Incentives. | | | | | | | | |
• | Transports and delivers specimens and supplies within the SwedishAmerican System and to outside facilities adhering to scheduled delivery route, safety regulations and established time frames. Maintains confidentiality of position-acquired information. | • | Transports daily bank deposits for System following established procedures. | • | Inspects and maintains vehicles daily to ensure cleanliness and proper working order. Reports any general safety infractions or need for service and repair to the Supervisor following established department procedures. | • | Makes emergency deliveries or pick-ups as necessary following established policies. | • | Maintains knowledge of developments or changes at SwedishAmerican laboratory or outside facilities in order to provide excellent service. | • | Completes and maintains required records per department policy. | • | Performs all aspects of job in an environment that optimizes patient, customer and environmental safety and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and compliance efforts. |
