Participate in continuous quality improvement activities and educational experiences in support of Agency philosophy and objectives, as well as, Health System initiatives. | | | | | | | | |
• | Assigns clients to field following established agency policies. | • | Maintains all schedules from agency staff in accordance with established procedures. | • | Makes daily staffing adjustments to meet client needs and ensures that Agency guidelines are maintained with the supervision and direction of the supervisor/manager. | • | Develops visit schedules following established guidelines maintaining appropriate ratios. | • | Under the directions Operational Supervisor/Manager, schedules and assigns qualified filed employees to cover all visits utilizing geographic territories and considering overtime hours to provide quality client care. | • | Utilizes appropriate procedures to accurately and consistently communicate client and staff information in accordance with agency guidelines. |
