May choose to be involved with committees and councils although participation/attendance for monthly TR meeting is required. | | | | | | | | |
• | Evaluates patients for functional status, establishing a therapeutic relationship with all patients throughout the continuum. | • | Develops an individualized treatment plan for each patient based on established department guidelines, maintaining confidentiality of position-acquired information. | • | Plans and implements therapeutic activities and groups that improve the patient’s lifestyle and assist patient in coping with wellness, leisure and physical health needs. Summarizes and documents patient progress and regularly communicates clinical information to the interdisciplinary team and/or community or agency contacts. | • | Participates in departmental education, planning and continuous improvement quality assurance activities and Shared Governance Councils. | • | Performs all aspects of care in an environment that optimizes patient and environmental safety and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and compliance efforts. | • | Participates in nonviolent crisis intervention and crisis management as needed. |
