Leads educational groups. Provides and participates in co-leadership of supportive therapy under the direction and supervision of the Behavioral Therapist. | | | | | | | | |
• | Provides therapeutic patient care. | • | Monitors and records patient activities and behaviors and documents in the medical record per department and hospital policy and procedures. Communicates pertinent information to other disciplines in order to promote an integrated approach to treatment. | • | Co-leads designated groups and actively participates in program evaluation. Leads designated psychoeducational groups, as experience allows, with appropriate supervision. | • | Participates in nonviolent crisis intervention and crisis management as needed. | • | Performs all aspects of care in an environment that optimizes patient and environmental safety in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and compliance efforts. |
