This role partners closely with operational and executive leaders to evaluate business opportunities, support strategic initiatives, analyze operational performance, and develop solutions that improve organizational effectiveness and operational excellence. The consultant serves as a subject matter expert in business operations, healthcare administration, program planning, robotics program management, and performance improvement. This position leads complex initiatives, influences organizational decision-making through data-driven insights, and collaborates across departments to achieve strategic and operational objectives. The role is responsible for providing leadership and oversight of the robotics program across multiple sites, including coordination of the Robotics Center of Excellence initiative, optimization of robotic surgery operation, and advancement of program growth strategies. Challenges encountered are highly complex and require broad knowledge of healthcare operation, business administration, financial and operational analysis, program management, organizational strategy, and surgical services. | | | | | | | | |
• | Partner with operational and executive leadership to develop, implement, and monitor strategic business plans that support organizational departmental goals. | • | Lead and support initiatives designed to achieve annual operating plan objectives, productivity targets, financial goals, and key performance indicators. | • | Serves as a subject matter expert in business operations, healthcare administration, program planning, robotics program management, and performance improvement. | • | Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of departmental programs, policies, procedures, and operational standards. | • | Develop, maintain, and analyze operational reports, dashboards, scorecards, and benchmarking metrics to evaluate performance. | • | Provides leadership and oversight of the robotics program across multiple sites, including coordination of the Robotics Center of Excellence initiative, optimization of robotic surgery operation, and advancement of program growth strategies. | • | Provide operational leadership and coordination for the Robotics Center of Excellence initiative. | • | Provide perioperative assessment and recommendations associated with equipment management and replacement. | • | Leads complex initiatives, influences organizational decision-making through data-driven insights, and collaborates across departments to achieve strategic and operational objectives. |
